Softball is right around the corner….at this time we are busy putting everything together.

Volunteers are always needed!!

To make this a great program, we need great people. I know, at times, volunteering your time can be difficult; now a days it seems there is never enough time in a day to get everything done. We have created several coordinator positions, some of which require very little time. Please look over the list – if something interests you or you would like additional information, contact me directly – and Thank You! 

·                                 v      Equipment Coordinator

1.       During the season - work with Field House manager – handle equipment request

2.       Before Season – Prepare equipment bags for teams. Identify equipment that may need to be replaced.

3.       After Season – unpack/inventory equipment. Identify equipment that may need to be replaced.

·                                 v      Uniform Coordinator

1.       During season – help with uniform requests

2.       Before season – Prepare uniforms for distribution

3.       After season – pack uniforms / determine what may need replacement/orders

·                                 v      Schedule Coordinator

1.       During Season – handle coach requests for rescheduling

2.       Before Season – Work with Director to create practice schedule

·                                 v      Umpire Coordinator

1.       During Season – work with coaches to confirm/reschedule game umps

2.       Before Season – Schedule umpires for games

·                                 v      Development Coordinator

1. Work with the Director researching, scheduling, organizing player and coaches clinics
